Q: What shipping/handling charges are there on purchases made on your web store?
A: You pay shipping on each item. But with one order with multiple items purchased (and sent to one address), we charge the highest shipping listed on first item and will REFUND half the shipping/handling for all other items on the same order! So have fun shopping for multiple items and increase your savings even more!
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your purchase(s) are mailed. If you do not receive this confirmation and have made your payment, let us know and we will resend the information to you. Most items are sent SAME DAY of payment received before 3:00 pm EST (excluding weekends/holidays).
WHAT KIND OF ITEMS DO YOU OFFER?
Q: What kind of items do you offer? A: We have just about everything but the kitchen sink. Please check descriptions to see if item is new or used. Many of our items are from customer returns or overstock from the #1 Home Shopping Channel, most are in good as new condition! Items are inspected and any flaws are listed in description. But items should be cleaned before wearing/using as they may have been tried on and have body or perfume odor/smoke odor for example. Please do not buy if any of this may bother you. We certainly do not want you to be disappointed with your purchase and so we have included information as to fabrication, cleaning instructions, and measurements on many of garment/apparel. To offer our low prices we have a no return policy, but are responsible for any major errors on our part. Photos may have what is called a watermark of our simplygottahaveit name...this is on the photo and NOT the clothing item.
Our webstore here at ecrater provides buyers great savings; however their site only allows 'product condition' as brand new or used.
