Q: What shipping/handling charges are there on purchases made on your web store? A: You pay shipping on each item. But with one order with multiple items purchased (and sent to one address), we charge the highest shipping listed on first item and will REFUND half the shipping/handling for all other items on the order! So have fun shopping for multiple items and increase your savings even more! If you prefer to mail money order or cashier's check, please let us know. We will hold the purchases for 7 days pending receipt of your mailed payment. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your purchase(s) are mailed. If you do not receive this confirmation and have made your payment, let us know and we will resend the information to you. Most items are sent SAME DAY of payment received before 3:00 pm EST (excluding weekends/holidays).

Q: Are your clothing items new or used? A: As most all clothing are customer returns or overstock from the #1 Home Shopping Channel, most are in good as new condition! Some items may have wrinkles, soiling, cigarette smoke and/or perfume smells, lint and/or hair; if an item appears to have been washed, we will list that under condition. Items are inspected and any flaws we find, such as: missing button, broken zipper, torn hem or seam, and such will be listed in description. Items should be cleaned before wearing. Please do not buy if any of this may bother you. We certainly do not want you to be disappointed with your purchase and so we have included information as to fabrication, cleaning instructions, and measurements. To offer our low prices we have a no return policy, but are responsible for any major errors on our part. Photos may have what is called a watermark of our simplygottahaveit name...this is on the photo and NOT the clothing item. Our webstore here at ecrater provides buyers great savings; however their site only allows 'product condition' as brand new or used. So please read description for details of the specific item and measurements and please use the ask seller a quesion link on the listing page before purchasing if you have a question regarding the item.

Q: What payment methods are accept? A: We accept paypal payments, mailed money orders or cashiers checks. Sorry no personal checks accepted. Q: What happens after I place my order? A: Once you have submitted your order and paid, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming that we have received your order and provide you a confirmation tracking number for the shipment.
